Boudoir Photography

Hey there, fellow photography enthusiasts! I'm thrilled to take you on a behind-the-scenes journey of a recent boudoir photoshoot I had the pleasure of capturing at the stunning Commodore Parry in Alberge Resort. Join me as I share my experience working with the talented model, Nikita, and the gear I used to bring my creative vision to life.

First off, let me tell you, Nikita is an absolute dream to photograph. Her natural grace and ability to pose effortlessly made my job a breeze. With her, it was more about gentle guidance than directing every move. It's moments like these that remind me why I fell in love with photography in the first place.

Now, let's talk gear. For this shoot, I relied on my trusty Canon R6 Mark II paired with the RF 28-70mm F2 lens. To add that extra punch to the images, I also incorporated the Profoto A10 for that perfect burst of light. The combination of these tools allowed me to capture every nuance of Nikita's beauty in exquisite detail.

As we moved through different poses and settings, I couldn't help but marvel at the natural light playing against the estate's backdrop. From soft, ethereal shots to more dramatic captures, each frame told its own unique story.

Once I had all the raw images, I ran them through Imagine AI to handle the basic adjustments. This handy tool takes care of the heavy lifting, leaving me more time to focus on the creative aspects of editing.

Next, I applied a few of my signature presets to add that extra touch of magic. Whether you prefer a clean, natural look or something more moody and dramatic, presets can help streamline your editing process while maintaining consistency across your portfolio.

And there you have it, folks! From capturing stunning moments to bringing them to life through editing, boudoir photography with direct flash is an art form unlike any other. I hope you enjoyed tagging along on this journey, and until next time, keep chasing that perfect shot!
